Lifelong learning

The easiest thing for me in pursuit of lifelong learning is taking a class or doing the research on a topic that interests me. I had to restrain myself when looking into the history of instant messaging. I wanted to go further and check sources against each other and get the real story.

I also wanted to know where women fit in to the history of instant messaging. I didn't see any women mentioned at all in the two articles I clicked on about the history of instant messaging. I am a feminist which means I want women to get fair credit for their ideas and accomplishments. I also think history is more than facts. All history has a point of view. Who is telling the story. I prefer to read herstory myself or people's history. We all see things differently. What is my story? What is yours?

The hardest thing for me in learning is seeing problems/obstacles as opportunities to learn. I love to learn and I love to play.
